I do want to add that I typically require shoes and helmets when my kids ride... this happened pretty quickly and since they were landing in grass, not going very fast, and were not going to be battling with cars, I let it slide.
Evan was very happy!
Of course, when Brynn saw Evan riding, she had to try too...
I love the picture below even though you can only see half of Brynn's face because she was thrilled and even though her friend saw her ride (as you can see in the picture above), she still wanted to talk about it. At the moment though, her friend really just wanted a turn, which she did have but after one more try by Brynn (no pictures though because I was called away by the kids on the playground). No cuts or scrapes or tears, though this weekend we will try on the road. Now that he knows how to ride his bike, I need to keep Evan from trying some of his cousin's crazy and wild stunts... wish me luck!

UH OH! I'm taking bets on which one will start the crazy and wild stunts first.
Maybe these pictures will motivate Nate to try again!!
