How I Picture { new beginnings }
I have been a member of the ClickinMoms photography forum for years now. I have learned so much about taking pictures and editing from there... if only I had more time to practice what I read about. Since I decided this year I need to make more time for photography, I am stepping out of my comfort zone and participating in a challenge. Once a month there is a "How I Picture..." theme on a chosen topic and I will be part of a 12 blog circle posting on the topic.
This month's theme is "New Beginnings" and I can not think of a better beginning than when a baby comes into the world. My "baby" will be a year this weekend and you forget so quickly how small and precious they are. My friend Jen let me practice taking some pictures of baby J when she was just shy of 2 weeks old. She is a cutie with lots of hair and I look forward to both our baby J's growing up together.
The way the circle works is that I link to the next person, she will link to the next person, etc., until all 12 of us are linked up. Check out the other 11 in my fabulous group by heading over to Toya Early Photography for her "How I Picture New Beginnings" blog entry! Enjoy!

Oh this little girl is so sweet! Love her little head of hair and the bows are so cute. I am loving all the baby photos in the blog circle! Your photographs are great - I am really drawn to the black and white one with her eyes open and the one beneath it. So precious!
These are beautiful. Really love the last one. :D
First I must say congrats Jen she is beautiful!!!!!! Love her head full of hair. Kate your photos are beautiful. Getting baby's skin to look good and natural is not an easy job & you rocked it! I have always loved your work so glad to know your back at it.
She is beautiful! What an amazing job you did working with her. I think the last 2 are my favorites - there is just something about a wide-eyed newborn I find irresistable.
Sweet, sweet newborn pictures. Truly a new beginning!
Oh my goodness, totally love these!!
Oh, so precious.
